PM djkirsty or see a lawyer. The following from her thread gives contact details

There is also a free advice lawyer, Mr Yanes, in Canary Sol Los Cristianos.
Mr Yanes has staff who interpret for you and he holds a clinic where you can just turn up during his working hours and wait to be seen. He is well connected and knows all procedures. He comes highly recommended.

Contact details :

Unfair Dismisal

My partner took his employer to court and won. You can use the Union Lawyer in cristianos it will cost you just 30 euros for the lawyer and 60 euros for the court
