How would one get to teach English as a foreign language in a school in Tenerife?
Has anyone any info on Teaching English as a Foreign Language schools in South Tenerife are there many people working in this area Teaching English etc, any info would be very much appreciated, as I am considering teaching English for a living in Tenerife.
This is not TEFL, which is what was asked for in the thread.
I am a TEFL classroom Assistant in Spanish School, which is the nearest you'll get to teaching without doing a 3 year spanish degree and going into the Spanish system, which involves being moved around different schools in the Archipelago for years.
If you live in Tenerife now, I will gladly pass on the email to send your CV and apply, however if you live outside the UK, PM me when you move here, as you won't even be considered until you are resident on the Island.
Also, there isn't anything available now, but sometimes people drop out/leave and new people start over the summer holidays... i.e. over the next 2 months.
