this would depend what area !! there are lots of bars with trespasa signs just take a drive / walk about

but i think you need to look at areas and why the bars are up for rent in the first place

Our friends have a bar for sale in Callao Salvaje - Buzz Inn. They have bought a 2nd bar and now want to sell this one.

They are located half way down the main street on the right hand side.

I do believe there is going to one coming empty in Calleo Salvaje on the front line next to the Irish bar. It is just being done up now.
