I have lost my front number plate and no before you ask I did not bump the car so I need information as to how and where I can get one

You can't just go and have one made here, like you can in the UK.

Best bet is to contact a dealer for the make of car and ask them.

No its the one that has your NAME and addresss on it .depending on how long you have had the car it may be a small white card or if newere a flimsy gree paper A5 size.The other " green card( more like card) is the Ficha Technica with all car specifications ie make modekl engine size type tyres etc
