Is the humidity high in Tenerife?

I am wondering if there is high humidity? My friend said there wasn't any (perhaps it's just her

but it's kind of strange for me

cause in Ontario is terrible for breathing during the summer time ...you feel more like swimming while walking

sorry in advance if my question was already asked....i was lazy to search...

we dont get much humidity it is very hot and dry during the summer the only time it is uncomfortable is when we get a scirrocco or clima ,and usually last 3 - 7 days and can be windy .

Relative humidity is 49% today, quite low.Toronto is 92%, London (UK) is 69%.

Sanya I keep a humidity gauge on my desk and the humidity norm here in North Tenerife indoors at our house ...with windows and doors open...is 63%, which is quite comfortable. When we have calima the gauge can register down to 25%....or even 22% as it did on February 10th of this year. (Tried to insert photo but HTML system here is new to me.)

The temperature was 36.8 C in the shade, the humidity 22% at 4:33 pm. The dryness is quite pleasant when we have calima.....much better than too humid.

especially if you compare to Toronto

It is nice to see more Canadian living in Tenerife
