When a passenger airliner nears it's destination, flight crew will radio their respective ground operations to communicate a verity of information such as fuel burn, unserviceable instruments requiring attention and indeed anything that needs repairing (i.e. a blocked loo, faulty chair etc), to special passenger requirements i.e. wheel chair lift off's or unaccompanied minors.
