I do know that some of them offer a discount card after the first stay. This offers something like 20% off rooms and 15% off drinks etc.. and e-mail's for special offers. | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to pelinor For This Useful Post: | | 18th May 2008, 03:53 | #3 (permalink) | | Super Tenerifian Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: I live in Las Americas Gender: Posts: 1,680 | my god you are tight all inclusive AND you want a discount. __________________ leaving on a jet plane don't know when i'll be back again. leaving on a jet plane don't know when i'll be back again. leaving on a jet plane don't know when i'll be back again. leaving on a jet plane don't know when i'll be back again. | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to robby1234 For This Useful Post: | | 18th May 2008, 07:23 | #4 (permalink) | | Super Tenerifian Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: in a house Gender: Posts: 1,285 My Mood: | I think it is these people that come to Tenerife on the all inclusive, that do not want to spend any money in the shops, markets etc..... My husband works on the markets, and even had a family with their bands on their wrists thinking everything was free in the market, as they were fully inclusive !!!! I personally think Tenerife should cut back on the all inclusive hotels as I really think that the people feel that they have spent their money on the holiday and should not spend any extra money ! | | | 18th May 2008, 07:45 | #5 (permalink) | | Member Join Date: Feb 2008 Gender: Posts: 46 My Mood: | Quote: Originally Posted by brenda I think it is these people that come to Tenerife on the all inclusive, that do not want to spend any money in the shops, markets etc..... More fool you. Perhaps if there is discounts I may be able to save up for air - conditioning, but obviously not from you as you dont approve of discounts. For you information I was trying to find somewhere for my wife for our wedding anniversary, and as you well know their are alot of people struggling to make a living here. Us included. Not tight, just sensible. | | | 18th May 2008, 15:11 | #9 (permalink) | | Super Tenerifian Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: I live in Las Americas Gender: Posts: 1,680 | Quote: Originally Posted by woolli So you have never used your residencia for discounts. You know the score. I even have to be tight at mercadona at the moment, never mind anywhere else! Things can only get better.
