Question I need to get cheap transfers from Tenerife south airport. Any suggestions?

does anyone know of any tranfers companies to and fro from the airport as otherwise we would have to get 2 taxis there is 2 adults 2 children and a baby which work out very expensive.

Cheap transfer

There are a few 5 seater taxis that operate from the airport. Perhaps someone on here may have the phone number of the Grenadilla or San Miguel taxi offices & perhaps you can book a 5 seater in advance.

The transfer company prices are a real rip off. A taxi should cost you approx. 25 euros one way, a transfer company is charging you nearly 40 euros for up to 4 people, that is rediculous.

You may even find a taxi that may take the 4 + the baby, not sure though.

Don't get ripped off & good luck

I like the fact that there is a car waiting for you with your name. Once when friends could not collect me I queued nearly 45 mins for a taxi

Tenerife transfer sounds like a good deal, do they pick you up at your apartment on return to the airport or is there a pick up point. I noticed they say there might be a wait has anyone experienced that?

Hi I use the company mentioned in Rolyzmum post, Elmar. They are picking us up on Sunday, return included, party of 3 adults, 4 kids, to PDLA, 60 euros.

I think some taxis would take all of you, just depends how they are on the day.
