any one got an intrest in aircraft this is a good web site gives all the latest orders ect and also the new routes of easy jet globespan thomson fly ryan air find out where there going to fly to next very usfull. it is www.justplanes.com . At least one of the forum members knows what i do for a living it is building airbus 320 wing leading edges so if any ones got an intrest or in the same line of work maybe i can answer questins on a320s so thenext time your on an a320 look out at the front of the wing i may have built a part off it by the way i hope that ican build aircraft better than i can spel !d __________________

See if you can get a transfer onto fixing seats and try to increase the pitch. Usually by the time I get to Tenerife in an A320 I can just about stand up  __________________

I have just taken voluntary redundancy as an exec from BAE SYSTEMS Military aircraft at Warton so I know exactly what you are talking about. when we sold Jetstream 32s to the Saudi Airforce, I spent 6 weeks at Prestwick on an engineers familiarisation course staying in Ayr, I really enjoyed my time there.Have you anything to do with 777 leading edge and engine nacelles as I was the lead engineering business advisor on that contract too. __________________

You right i work at Prestwick on the a320 leading edge also worked broughton on the support and on avro not worked on the 777 seat pitch i am a bit of an anorak about why would you fly round the world in virgin or ba in a 30 inch seat pitch when most others are 33 34 in economy as they say its size that matters. Ive come accross many people in my working life who were not educated to a high standard who were dislesic ect but they all had one thing in common give then something mechical to fix and it was no problem they had a understanding of things that more educated people didnt ie common sense. With me i dont have any fancy certificates i cant spell but i still have a good job. Is there any one out there with an interesting job in tenerife or in the uk let the forum hear about it david __________________
