I have been Kitesurfing in El Medano today!
Had my first days kitesurfing in Medano today & absolutely loved it! Gotta great instructor thanks to Graceylacey & finally found something that is gonna keep me out of the pub & drop a few pounds in the process

If anyone else is interested gimme a shout & I'll tell you allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll about it

I love to watch that at medano.....I am not that confident in the water although I can swim the sea is scarey!

Yep, Totally agree. The sea can be a bit violent at times there, that is why all the surfers head that way for the big waves. I am not a fan of the waves, more of a sun worshipper me !!!

My Mood:
I like the sea but only where I can touch the bottom with my feet!!! As soon as I am out of my depth I tend to panic! Something to do with when I was around 9 or 10 my dad took us all out in a dinghy off Oban (Bonnie Scotland) he then proceded to start humming the tune to "Jaws", eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevil!!!!! I have had a phobia of deep water ever since!! Such a wonderful, nuturing parent!!!

Well done!!!! I am so pleased it went well!!! He is a great guy and is a great teacher! He keeps trying to persuade me, but as yet I am not brave enough!!
