I used to use a punch bag in the gym under Compostela Beach across from Zara shopping a few years back, i'm not 100% if it's still there or not. But i suppose if your passing by that way it might be worth popping in and asking them. Hope this helps you ??

Does anyone on the Tenerife Forum know a gym that opens early near Los Cristianos?
Hello Everybody, Does any body know of a gym within a 10 mile radius of Los Cristianos that opens before 9am, between 6am - 9am would be fantastic, i know this is probably a tall order, but you never know, thanks Lance

its a bit further than 10 miles but the ' pancracio socas garcia ' in Playa de la Arena opens at 7am most mornings. the gym is €4 for two hours. or you can join as a member. check out their website.

hi, im looking for a good gym in Los cristianos, i want to be able to go on the machnies but also do the classes, preferably spinning, aerobics,,, and that it is open quite early till late..... dont want much do i lol, well any help would be great, thanks, xxx

Underneath Unelco contracts office in Los Cristianos
underneath "compostela beach" in front of Zara Las Americas
But more of a powerhouse style gym has to be ex Mr Worlds " nono's in C.C el Duque, Torviscas

Right... the original 'Prince Naseems gym' in Las americas no longer exists... it used to be under Ocean park... then moved to Flamingo, then he sold up and went back to the uk. It is now my Pole dance and fitness studio... ! We do have a bag and some machines... but its really more for Females!
As someone said there is a New Boxing gym Under the Olympic stadium in Las Americas/los chris border, next to the Green hospital.
other options in los Cris are the The ACAD, next to the bus station, they specialize in Matial arts, but have machines and Bags etc... Or the Noelia sur in Las Americas is quite good.
