Smile Anyone for table tennis?
I would really like to meet some people, preferably in the south to play some table tennis. I play to a reasonable standard and would like to play someone who could play a bit !!!! also i would like to get together with players of all standards and we could all have some fun playing this game....a couple of years ago while working in spain i joined a t-t club , it was a multi-national set up with people of all ages and also had a good spin off social life. doe's anyone know of anything like this in the south?? or would anyone be interested in helping me set something up????

there is a table tennis club in the sports hall in Granadilla. not sure when they play though, best to visit the hall as there are ads on the notice board.

My son used to play TT in UK and hasn't played properly for a few years. I'll ask him if he's interested. We know where there is a table but not sure if they want major matches etc as its in a holiday complex

hi dippydora, i would consider buying a table myself if there were lots of interest. i could probably use a venue where i live on the golf del sur. lets hope your son and a few more might be interested!!!

That would be a great idea chippy. Didn't get round to asking him last night as I didn't see much of him but I'll certainly mention it to him during the weekend and see if a mate of his would be interested. Even I like to have a little knockabout from time to time but i'm hopeless according to my son

There is a table, which is up all the time but rarely used, at Parque Albatros on the Golf might get you started..........

I have been told today that Happy Days Tennis and Bowling Club in Costa del Silencio are looking at buying a TT table too
