Thumbs up Otello 2 (Chicken Shack), Fanabe, Tenerife

Me and my family and friends, including kids, a total of 20 people went to the chicken shack last night and had a fantastic night. Plenty to eat and drink, a lot of laughs, and then we all walked down to the Moonlight Bar for karaoke. I recommend this for a great family get together, we had lots of fun and a good time!

I've been to the Chicken Shack loads of times.

It's always lovely and it's as cheap as chips. If you get too much they will gladly let you take a doggy bag home...

...and there's no PR's.... 'cos it doesn't need 'em

Get there early, as there's usually a queue outside.

How many of these chicken shack restaurants are there then because there is one up in the hills where I live in Adeje that is raved about by all the locals. Does anyone have directions?

Two - one in Fañabe and the original in Adeje.

To get to the Fañabe one, try to park along the side of Los Olivos, then walk down to the locals on the sea front. It's on the lower level.

I'd love to see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my bum.

Can you please direct me to the Othello 2? from Royal Sunset beach Club. I went right down to the lower level last year and walked in both directions but still never found it. I am going back again this year and would really be grateful if you could help me find it.

Yep - come out of the beach club and go straight down through the shopping centre to the beach. Turn right and it's on the lower level in front of Lagos de Fañabe.

Thankyou very much Mike. We are going in November so I will report back then. Reports I have read up to now are all positive.

We have been many times to both the one in Fanabe and the one in Adeje personally i like Adeje for the views alone , they are spectacular , i would say the food is good in both of them .
