For anybody, who like my wife suffers from Ceolac, try the above. They do a range of Gluten free meals, and will alter any meal to suit your needs. They also do Gluten free lasagne, bread, etc.

Very friendly, so give them a try

We had a few meals there over the past two weeks and were never disappionted
