had occasion to visit this quaint restaurant last week, it is in the village of tijoco bajo, coming from las americas to the end of the tf1, carry straight on towards" guia de isora" passing through "los menores" and follow road were you come upon a petrol station on your right , take the next left after the petrol station ,going into the village it becomes one way traffic 100mts from the turn, there,s a jehovah,s kingdom hall on the left, take the next turn right , and "el granero" is 20mts or so up that street. we had aperitif and starters and main course of" pork medallions on potato, grilled steak pieces with square chips (huge home made). " 2 doradas each ice cold all for the princely sum of 18€ each not exactly cheap or expensive but what a meal and the restaurant is rustic and airy and also an outside area to eat and /or drink. well worth a visit, with the new owners being very attentive to all our requests etc.
