This restaurant is nothing to look at from the outside but don't let that put you off.
The staff are genuinely warm and friendly. Inside is non smoking and the covered terrace are is more casual where smoking is allowed.
There is a decent choice on the menu. The food is well presented and well cooked. Prices are reasonable.
The local sausages and black pudding are great sharing starters. Canarian black pudding is sweet and contains nuts and is not unlike Christmas cake. It's a weird experience and worth trying.
I can recommend the steaks, the pork chops and the garlic chicken. The sole is reported to be nice too but I've not had it myself.
I've never managed a dessert yet so I can't comment on them.
Not too far off the beaten track and well worth a try.
I go to the Dama Rosa very often cause their food is lovely!
Steak with a rich peppercorn sauce & chicken breast in a thick mushroom sauce is just gorgeous! The house salad for 2 persons is also quite good.
And the staff are lovely, warm, friendly & welcoming.
You don't have to battle a swarm of flies every time you eat and its nice and peaceful there.

No, I haven't. I've never had flan before in my life! Is it good there?

Take the Guia de Isora road off the Adeje roundabout and you will be on a VERY srtraight road. Just as it turns to the left right at the end of the long stretch there's a restaurant on your right. That's Dama Rosa. It has a big sign saying 'Dama Rosa' in red above it (funnily enough ) and there's loads of parking out front.

It's in the centre of THIS map... pretty much where it says 'TF1'. Just zoom out to get a better idea.

A long standing favourite of ours .... agreee with all comments so far - just wanted to add that for those on the hungry side the veal chop takes some beating (agree also that the flan is amazing !)
