And a great gig it was too!
We travelled up to La Laguna and arrived at the venue around midnight. First band on were thrash metal band "Trastorno" who pounded through roughly 10 songs although you would not the differance really between them! No, a tad too heavy for me that. Think of "Slipknot" on speed.
The small venue/bar was rammed. Firstly the heavy metal crowd then when Oi! Se Arma played the skinheads took to the area infront of the stage. it was a wierd mix of "Youth cults" really. even the odd hippy/punk was to be seen.
Oi! Se Arma played their first gig after their tour of Spain, italy and France and went down a storm with two new guitarrists on show. There was mayhem as the crowd created a small mushpit and joined the band on the stage where during the last song they avalnched onto the drum set. It was all part of the crack and a great night was had by all.
Lets see some more Tenerife Forum Rock fans at the next gig in August!
