My mum saw it come in, it was escorted in by the Lifeboat, The Guardia boat and also a Guardia helicopter as well, said it was the biggest African boat she had seen for a long time, she lives overlooking the port so see's them all.
The latest migrant boat to arrive in Los Cristianos in Tenerife was carrying childen as young as ten years old.
125 Africans, including 15 youngsters, were on board the 'cayuco' boat which was towed into harbour by a rescue vessel after being spotted off the coast of San Miguel earlier in the day. The latest arrival brings to over 1700 the number of migrants to land in the Canaries so far this month.
