A Spanish tourist died yesterday after falling from a plane at Tenerife south airport

A Spanish tourist died yesterday in a fall as she disembarked from a plane in Tenerife South Airport.

The accident occurred in the early afternoon and caused minor disruption to airport business. The middle-aged woman, from Alicante, had just landed and was leaving the aircraft by the stairs when she slipped and fell backwards, banging her head. She died shortly afterwards from the fatal blow. Her husband was with her at the time and had to be treated for shock at the scene.

That really is awful, theres never a good time for owt like this to happen but at the start of a holiday you looked forward to all year has to be the worst.

Lets hope the airport learns from this & gets better steps.

Nothing to do with planes but my friend was shopping in Asda today and went to sit on the seat at the end of the checkout to look at her receipt , there was a man already on the seat and she brushed against him - he was dead , she used to be an air hostess so she quickly put him on the floor and and started mouth to mouth and heart massage after 5 mins he came round and the paramedics had arrived by this time , and took him to hospital , she since heard it was a heart attack and he is doing ok now . How scary is that .
