A group of Nigerians have been arrested for importing heroin into Tenerife
A group of Nigerians who used the post office to import heroin into Tenerife have been arrested by police.
Five people, including two women, were taken into custody yesterday after drug squad raids. It is believed the Nigerians were placed under surveillance after information was received that they were part of an organised gang, that shipped high-grade heroin to various parts of the country in small packages sent through the post. One kilo of the drug was seized in yesterday's swoops.
