They cant all be stopping in AI`s and self catering cheapies. | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to PeterRayner For This Useful Post: | | 14th March 2008, 14:08 | #8 (permalink) | | Banned Join Date: Nov 2005 Gender: Posts: 9,582 | I think it's also due to the numbers of privately-owned apartments. These owners, or their tenants, are enjoying their own properties, drinking wine from supermarkets on their own terraces at a fraction of the price served in bars, watching their own TVs through community satellite systems, etc. As I've said before, the type of visitor to Tenerife has changed, and this is one of the effects of that change. It's sad, but necessary. The cream should rise to the top. | | | 14th March 2008, 14:11 | #9 (permalink) | | Super Tenerifian Join Date: Oct 2007 Gender: Posts: 477 | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to singleton For This Useful Post: | | 14th March 2008, 14:14 | #10 (permalink) | | Super Tenerifian Join Date: Jul 2007 Location: Arona/Dublin Gender: Posts: 404 My Mood: | Quote: Originally Posted by PeterRayner Bumper Easter for Canaries
