Stayed here just last week and the reception area looks very impressive. We had a huge studio, which was not very well thought out. Two easy chairs on the same wall as and either side of the TV, made it impossible to view in comfort.

The furniture was old, the lock on the bathroom had been broken and removed and the lock on the patio door was also broken and had been replaced with a long hook and eye type of fastening. The mattresses seemed to be one lump of hard foam and I think the pillows were made from Mount Teide lava!

The flow of water in the handbasin was pathetically slow and the fact that the plug was too small made actually filling the basin a long process.
The patio furniture on the balcony looked as though it had been salvaged from a rubbish tip.

Having said all this, the room service was excellent - always very clean and those ladies were on the go all day!

At the end of the day, it's just a base for a short while and none of the faults were life-threatening so.......

Never stayed there but i worked next door for over a year. The hotel is ideally situated but is showing signs of it´s age .You should be aware that during the summer months it is very much an 18/30 hotel catering to that age. However from October to the end of April it is very much a family hotel.

Stayed in Las Piramides last year for the first time and really enjoyed my stay. We had a 1 bedroom apt (there were 4 of us) which was very spacious and we had two balconies, maid service was fine for us as we are normally just going to bed as the maids are about to start work!!!!

We are heading back to Tenerife this summer and are staying here again!

These apts are basically full of noisy young groups so not recommended if you want a quiet time!!!

Stayed here a while back in the summer, lads holiday kind of thing. Very clean, staff were fantastic all around. As already said, wouldn't recommend for families in summer but for all you young things after a good time, PERFECT!
