Close to Los Cristianos at exit 26 off the TF1 is where the Monkey Park is situated. There are lots of animals to see here and you are able to feed some of the animals. You can purchase the food for the animals at the entrance to the park.
If you have visited the Monkey Park we would like to read your reviews. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I love this place. It's great to take small children to, as it's only small and takes about 2 hours total to walk around. There are about 3 seperate areas where you can actually have human contact with the monkeys.
I suggest taking your own fruit... ie. a banana or two, or an apple cut up, as the monkeys get a bit sick of the monkey food that's on sale and their more likely to come and take some nice fruit off you than some dried up bread and seeds off the next person!!!
It's 9€ with a residencia to get it, kids are cheaper, but mine have always got in free as they're quite young.
There isn't a café or loads of merchandising there, which although is quite refreshing, it does mean it's wise to take a few sarnies.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I am so impressed with it that everyone who comes to stay with us has to visit.
Because it does not have the money of Loro Park or the Jungle Park it really needs every penny it can get. Please, please, please go as many times as you can - kids love it and it is not expensive.

My 3 kids loved it. They have all asked if they can go back as their birthday treats. They loved the fact that the monkeys climb onto your hands and shoulders to feed. I would thoroughly recommend it
Took my kids there for the first time the other day and they thoroughly enjoyed it. They loved feeding the animals. The only downside of it that it isn't better looked after. As residents it only cost us 7 Euros each and the kids didn't pay as they are under 5. I do recommend it.
I took my daughter to the 'Monkey Zoo' today (next to the Cactus/Amazonia)
Entrance: 10€ (€5 children) An extraordinary place, where you walk inside some of the monkey cages, and feeding any of the monkeys is no problem (bring some fruit) A great place to bring young children.
My only problem was seeing 3 big cats pacing with boredom in a cage too small. Nearly all the other animals are monkeys, apes and birds though, and seem happy and inquisitive.
You can get to the zoo either from Los Christianos (past the Apollo centre and take a left) or from the Guaza TF1 exit (north side)
This is a wonderful place to visit I have been a couple of times. never mind the kids this is for anyone that wants a close up and personal experience with some charming monkeys.
The monkey food they sell at the entrance is not that good (IMHO) so take some monkey nuts, fresh fruit etc.
The food and drink for us humans is not very extensive but it is reasonably priced, although it would not take long to go around the whole park you could spend a whole day if you wanted, there is seating in various places like the lemur enclosure wher you can sit and the lemurs will come to you.
If anyone would like to see some photos PM me and I will send some that I have taken.
