Freebird Jeep Safari Tour

Freebird Jeep Safari Tour

Well what do I say

We have been on a Freebird Jeep Safari for 3 years in all it doesn't matter the overall day has always been 100%.

The jeep drivers love their jobs very well and are always able to help with any questions you have for them.

All countrys have a translators on hand to describe the country side.

The food on the on the all day tour has always been brilliant. There is always plenty of pit stops incase of any accidents. We have had Toby for the first year, Peter for the second and Peter's wife on the third trip.

On our trip around all the bendy roads and dealings with jaggy pears and also the bugs that gives the colouring red can gives can give lipstick and red smarties, yeh puts you off kissing your bird with red lippy, also Mad Max Some of the photos he takes are unbeleiveable he hangs from cliffs and appears like ghosts from no-whre what else can I say

Well worth the money and its certainly breath taking

Jeep safari and freebird cruise

Hi,

We went on the jeep safari to Mount Teide, driven competently by Tony, who did a wonderful job, kept us entertained throughout the journey, what a wonderful character.
We then joined the Freebird catamaran for a fabulaous sea cruise with the opportunity to see many whales!!!
Booked our tickets through uptown girl, best prices around, I am sure if you im her she will help you like she helped me.
Great Day out, would defo go again, worth every penny.
Long day, granted, but more than worthwhile.

Kind Regards
Anne

We did a Freebird Jeep Tour to La Gomera (With Emma {Emskie} at Tenerife Sunshine). After an early start a convoy of Jeeps arrived to pick us up. Our Driver (Les) was a crazy man and vey funny and kept us entertained all day!

The Fred Olsen Ferry was really smooth and very pleasant.

We stopped of at various locations on the Island one of the first was an are which apparently would flood and a small lake would form also a stone circle in the middle of this lake was evidence of Witch craft! We stopped for lunch at a restaurant and were jammed in! We had a sort of Beef stew which was ok and for desert we had 2 bananas, which seemed a bit odd, couldn't they have made a banana split or something? Yes I appreciate the bananas are local produce but, 2 bananas for desert, lol!

We got taken up some very steep narrow roads in the jeeps which had us all bouncing around in the back.

Overall it was a really good day and made a good alternative to the obvious jeep tours to Teide. Would definitely recommend it.

Angry

Just to let everyone know that the freebird jeeps closed yeaterday. Which is so sad because it was just great much better than the coaches. It closed due to lack of money. It was a difficult dession to make but the only one.

I know this because i was one of the drivers. this has been a real knock to the tourist industry. It was a good day out and i am very sorry that this is no more.

Tony was a good driver and we are all very sad to lose our jobs. the jeeps are finished as of yesterday. the jeeps will be a big lost to the island.
