    Winter Gardens is on the one way system on the golf del sur...
    Follow the road around from Grandee o donnells, pass the Atlantis spa and the Taxis (normaly loads parked up) and follow the road straight ... you should see a sign on the right hand side that says "Pedros" at winter gardens... park up and head through the complex to the bowling ... see you tomorrow
    ZUMBA Tuesdays & Thursdays @ Los Abrigos gym 9am
    ZUMBA Mondays & Wednesdays @ Ritmania 7.30pm

    All I want is to learn to wave ride and help a few dogs but not necessarily at the same time

    What a GREAT day !! had 5 treatments ,all great , meet some lovely people everyone working hard , all working together to raise money for the cause .
    Suzy you were wonderful as always leading the entertainment singing with such a mmm mic? you still sounded great , Aidy , Mike & Mel .a big thank you for entertaining the troops !
    All the therapists

    The Gym looks lovely Sally & Linda ( Brandon & Ellie for all the hard work) it has such a great atmosphere people commented on how inviting and welcoming it is .

    This event was a great success Have been asked when the next one is ??
