just returned from a brill week in pdla and had the best holiday ever. tried the chieftan bar and thought it was a great night out, the entertainment was excellent and went most days for breakfast which was also excellent. staff likewise apart from one exception, a scottish girl, think her name was tracy. god, this girl was so so so grumpy , it almost put us off from going back but the rest of the staff (and the entertainment) made up for it so we put up with 'grumpy tracy'. has anyone else experiences this or was it just a proverbial clash???
