| The Blarney Stone, Playa De La Arena, Tenerife went to the blarney stone yesterday, it has just been taken over by Carl and Andy from Birmingham and Yorkshire, they are trying to get the Blarney stone back to how it used to be famous for its Carvery, we first went around tea time and the guys sat and chatted with us for quite some time making us both feel very welcome, then we got changed and went back early doors to watch the football, then we decided to try the Carvery, the food was excellent and very reasonably priced too, we had a starter of Oxtail soup (homemade) followed by roast beef, roast pork, mashed potatoes, roast potatoes, three veg, yorkshire pudding (again homemade not prepacked rubbish) and gravy, i dont eat desserts but my wife had chocolate cake with cream poured on top which she thoroughly enjoyed all together the bill including all our drinks that we had in the afternoon as well only came to just over 40 Euros for both of us, carl and Andy are a very nice friendly couple and they make everyone feel very welcome, they also hope in the very near future to be putting on entertainment, Carl is an excellent singer in his own right and at the moment is just having karaoke as there is only these two running everything in the bar, well worth a visit and we will definately be going back __________________ That aint tactics honey, thats just the beast in me To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater.
