Sorry Andy i did meet u on the morning dogwalk up the back but the presidents wife doesn't like dogs apparently!!!! It does really annoy me that the community will concentrate on trival things such as renters having dogs, when it's perfectly ok to have a scooter stolen or car damaged outside your own house but have to pay to see the security footage, even though we pay for a security guard but when the presidents car is danaged then we pay out of our community fees or from communtiy insurance, can someone tell me what i am paying for! |
That's a novel theory, so the committee made your life hell partly because you were younger than them?
Why would you be threatened with court proceedings unless there had been complaints?
I am getting tired of people saying they are being "badly treated" by the committee - they are not the Mafia for Gods sake.
When the full story comes out ( if it ever does) there is always a good reason for the complaints, which presumably come from other residents.
I dont know you so dont know what your particular gripe is about, all I can say is there are quite a few responsible dog owners on Port Royale who live there quite happily, regardless of whether they rent or own and they cause no trouble to anyone, everyone lives in harmony.
I also know there are some who cause a lot of stress to their neighbours.
One young owner last year (who no doubt claims he loves his dog) left his dog alone in his apartment every day when he went to work.
That poor dog started barking and howling from the minute it was left on its own until its owner arrived home hours later.
This happened every single day - do you think that was acceptable to everyone who lived in close proximity?
As for your concerns about damage etc just ask the committee - I have already suggested to you earlier how you can easily contact them - but you know that already dont you.
