Whats all this about pools not working thats not what I want to hear at this stage.
I need this to go off smoothly as the wife has not been sure of all this from day one.
All the delays finding it hard to get on and see our apartment etc etc.
So I thought we will stay at phase 2 that will put her mind at rest.
Still im still looking forward to it.
3 yes 3 days to go.

Stop paniking
The proplem with the pools is that the paint is peeling off but they are making sure that one of the two pools are working so you will still be able to go for a swim
go on go in the water is lovely

It is always a very stressfull time for all concerned but tell your O H it will be all worth it in the end you hopefully may not have as many problems as we did
As for paperwork what paperwork do you want to know about
Three days stop rubbing it in
If you want some pictures of phase 2 pm me with your email addy and I will send you some I know you will have a great time and am sure that things will turn out ok
You do know that we are only messing with all the jobs we have given you but it would be nice

Fresh off the press... pool(s) fine and 33 degrees! Our guests thrilled. You'll have a wonderful time despite we harpies niggling you from afar!!
Tell your OH to 'think Portmeirion; think sun, colour, flowers and fun.' As Blue Marlin has said: it really is worth all the aggro! You WILL enjoy it .... despite us!!

Now get on with that packing!!!!
