There is one of the best bar & grills on the island at Puerto Colon, Playa de las Americas. From the Marina, walk along the Geranium Walk, past the bungalows, till you can hear the screeching from the birds, you will come to steps down on the left, you can see from there The Schooner Bar. Walk down steps and wait for the delights that will certainly come to you, I had a Roast Beef Dinner, real beef, proper fresh veg. Great big home-made Yorkshire pudding, The wine was splendid, we let Viv choose it for us. Lots of super desserts to choose from, Two very interesting people Viv and Derek always ready with some friendly banter, We went back another three times, it was so good, you will not be disappointed.

Does anyone know if the Schooner Bar between Club Atlantis & Panorama just off the Geranium Walk is open. Does it have new owners. Thanks.

We stayed Club Atlantis once and walked past this place nearly every night always thought it was a german orientated bar/place.
