Does anyone know the point behind these webcam websites?
Last I knew The Tenerife Property Guide were setting some up, I think they have one up and running in Las Galletas

Hi
Yes we have waved at family, usually we use the webcam at puerto colon, and it seems to be the best, i text home about an hour before tell them that i will be there, and wave at family, then i get the text back to say that they can see me.
Teneriffa-Webcam in Puerto Colon - MegaWelle Teneriffa
We as friends have also waved at the family from the webcam infront of the playa troya, there was 10 of us, it was mothers day, and i made us a sign, using the back of a cereal box, i did a letter on each card, making out the words HI KIDS, we all text our family and told them we would be there at 11.00am, and we held the cards up, it wasn't as clear as the webcam in puerto colon, but it was real funny watching people look at us, then them looking up at the hotel, if you look at the hotel top right, you can see the webcam. The kids could see the sign, but they couldn't make out who was who.

I've also had my mum and dad wave to us from the one by the reveron plaza

I'll see if i can find the screen shots that i took
