I have heard that the english education centre is no longer going to be a school from next term. I think this is going to be a big loss to the english community here as this school is one of the first places english kids go to. where are all those children going to go now. Another blow for tenerife.

I have heard that the owner just wants to sell the buildings as she has tried to sell it as a school but not had any luck.

Its very sad, my son went there from 2 and half years old, he could barely speak when he started - so many happy memories of the little ones at harvest festival, nativity etc. Ann just really needs to retire, and has not managed to sell the school as a going concern. This only leaves Wingate now as the English choice for the under 13´s, then of course theres Brittania as well.
