I happened to be talking to my lawyer yesterday in our discussions I raised the issue of Balck List for debtors here in Spain/Tenerife, Apparently, unless you go through the courts and only then if the person cannot pay will their name go on a Black List - rather a long and expensive route.
I feel sure that Experian operate in Europe too and if they operate as in the UK would assist in Black Listing clients like this, but have not checked this notion out yet.
If the person(s) are living here and have registered assets e.g. cars and/or house then the legal route seems to be the only option, but get their assets ring fenced before they dispose of them if you can.
If you fnd a legal debt collection agency, not a bruiser for hire, I am sure loads of companies could pass debts their way, so tell us on this forum.
