Depends what you're problems are that you need the Samaritans for? The nearest i know of is the Christian fellowship in Coral Mar Square in Silencio who have helped a few people i know with serious alcohol problems get off the demon drink! I know they also council drug users as well.
The Living Room - found in Starco above Burger King are very much like the samaritians but they are a cristian run organisation. No phone lines just an informal pop in service open to all - from just a chat to serious help required

Welcome to the forum I cant answer your question as I have not heard of anything like that here, but I also have heard that the Living Room is a good place to go to get a sympathetic ear! Alternatively there may be people on this forum able to help.
