I am looking for information abouy having Spanish television installed, can anyone reccomend someone or point me in the right direction?

Are you talking about satellite? We got ours at the shop in front of Select Insurance just round from Trebol in Los Cris.

I was thinking of normal terrestial t.v. My daughters tutor reccomended it to help with her grammar, just in her room, even if its only cartoons

It's easy enough to do it yourself. Buy an aerial (from Leroy Merlin are usually cheapest), TV, point the aerial up to Guaza mountain and bob's your aunty. The aerial needs to be at an elevation of 15 degrees (technically this is called "up a bit") and the two 'wings' need to be oriented correctly, they can be either side by side or top and bottom. I think Guaza is top and bottom. Alternatively, point it in the same direction as any neighours are pointing with the same orientation.

Ooooops, Sorry. Not trying to take any work away from mr digifix.

Tenerental is correct. For terrestrial, just get an ariel and mount it in the same direction as your neighbour's ariels!

Or you could get a TDT box....

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get TDT in Piedra Hincada, its say's not on the website but some of my neighbours aeriels point in different directions to mine, i bought a box before checking the website but it says no signal, i don't want to pay someone to come and move the aeriel if thats not the reason they point another way? My aerial points towards Los Gigantes but a few other ones point to the left of Gomera.
