Does anyone know of a good boat excursion which is good for a drnking session??

I seem to remember something operating in las americas a few years back, but I think they had to knock it on the head due to licensing laws for the boats etc.

Last time I went on the glass-bottomed boat (not the Natasha Uno) from Los Gigantes (June '06?) they had an inexhaustable supply of red plonk, with which one of the crew had great fun trying to get as many people drunk as possible

went to see the wales&dolphins you get free sangria and as much drink as you like there taps with free beer for you and also make sure you go on a sunny day

There are a number of boats that run from Los Gigantes but generally they don't want you getting drunk as they might have to fish you out of the ocean afterwards... but at least if you try Los Gigantes you will have a good choice of boats to go on.
