I´m sure that they will have a lot of legal requirements to meet but I do think it is a good idea for all the requirements to be follwed just in case there is ever an accident
Apparently the official opening (week commencing the 15th September) is for invited guests and workers only.
The public opening has not been announced but there has been an announcement that they expect this to be before the end of the month.
I spoke to a Loro Parque rep this week, who said that the ofiicial inauguration with the politians etc was the 15th, and that it would open to the public on the 16th. Personally I am going to steer clear until the isalnd is generally quiet, maybe early December. It will just be too packed before then IMO.
