Can anyone recomend some good trekking routes in Tenerife?

Morning guys and girls.

Not long for my holiday just a few weeks to go, ive lost count of how many times ive been to tenerife the last 10 years or so, and everytime i go one of my favourite things is trecking.

So for those of you out there who have been living there for some time , can anyone recomend some good trecking routes, and ive always wanted to get maps of routes for trecking but never found them.

I apreciate any help on the matter, lets see how many difrent routes we can up with i have been on a few already but im sure there are many more to walk.

thanks gibjl

There is a company that organises trekking in La Gomera as well if you want something different

hi

glad you like Tenerife so much you keep on coming back !!

Firstly we need to know where you staying on the island ? ..

I am a keen trecker although in the last couple of yrs have not been so often...

If you nearby Los Cristianos, the cultural centre ( big blue outlined building near gas stations ) has a small room where you can get several leaflets for local walks .. in the county of Arona

tell us which walks youve done already?
