Hi all i am serioulsly considering moving over to tenerife only problem is i will be alone whick kinda scares me lol. anyone else considering doing the same and looking for someone to share a place with while we get our feet on the ground please let me no.

hi tom i moved here in the feb with my daughter i was sick of the british life , its a lovely place to stay but the only thing is that the jobs are so scarce at the moment and its not that cheap to live either , iam planning in going into a shared apartment myself so i can live a bit better , if you still fancy coming out and sharing an apartment let me know ok

Ah, there's nothing to going alone. I did it, and I love it here.
Just make sure you save some cash (I believe it's called "Runaway Money" - thanks, Anna) because it's not like being on holiday here - you have to pay your way, and you need to have something stashed for the rainy (not literally) days, which are bound to come sooner or later...

Im coming out for a holiday with my other half this friday so gonna try and get a feel for if its the right place for me. My ultimate dream would be to open a bar up over there, does any1 no any1 who has done this or is looking to do it possibly a partnership?
