Information wanted on Res Andalucia, Torviscas Alto, Tenerife
Been offered an apartment on this complex, but don't know much about it.
The ususal questions, can you get ADSL, is it noisy (think its part of club las costa somehow), etc......
Any info much appreciated.

my apartment is on the complex, its called club la costa at paradise i'll post further have to rush away....

Whats the ratio to private apts / club las costa apts? Is it noisy? Are pets allowed on site?

a good few of the original private owners have sold over the years for various reasons. The private blocks are A,B,C,D & L if I recall correctly, basically any blocks past the main swimming pool going towards the sea were built for club la costa. I'd say about a third to a quarter are still private.
I would only say its noisy if your near the live entertainment at the far end nearest sea end but then that stops at 11pm or so to comply with regulations. Pets are not allowed around the pool area and not allowed when renting club la costa accommodation.
I'm in A block which is by far the warmest (south facing) and this is a big plus especially in winter months as many others can get chilly especially facing west and in winter only get late sun hitting the balcony.
I had timeshare when it was the Paradise Club. I now live in Tenerife , went up had a look at what Club La Costa had done. They have updated the Club and it is so much better, still timeshare a wee bit more expensive ,still bothered by reps to buy timeshare (points ).
yep a lot has been spent on upgrading including complete refit of apartments which comes at a price but from a private owner point of view i'd rather pay a few pounds a week extra to maintain a high standard than see my investment deteriorate, you get tired of penny pinchers on commitee's making decisions & it has to be said its usually retired ex-pats who would rather see a place have nothing - but i'm drifting off topic.
Andalucia the original name was my winter home for 10 years and i still enjoy popping in as I now live in Atlantico just a short walk across and behind, the reason was i needed a 2nd bedroom but also got the opportunity to have a large garden.
