Maybe im a little too blonde for my own good but this just wont open for me is there any other format they come in i need all the help i can get many many thanks debbie

.....dminnimouse,im not sure what you mean when you said that "it just wont open".If you mean the .rar file ...you just need to do a right click on it and extract it any where you want .....Obviously you need to have installed in your pc Win Rar .
