I have just started a new job as call centre manager and I need experienced tele marketers. Or possibly strong closers.

Basic wage plus commissions full contract. Only serious people need apply.

Hours 25 per week

Going to the meetings would be a good start but i think you have to be 19 at least,she might get a job in the offices a bit younger though,Good Luck

As things stand - and this is not said in a malicious way - I have genuine concerns about this job offer and it is my duty to protect Tenerife Forum members.

How can you obtain a job a call centre manager when you do not know what staff you need? This does not sound to me like an established and respectable business.

A tele-marketer need to be able to close a sale, but a 'closer' doesn't necessarily need to be good at tele-marketing

What do you mean by full contract? The hours stated are 25. The two statements seem to contradict each other?

I just want to say that I can vouch for the person offering the job as I know her personally. She is new to the forum so that will be why she has not followed the rules as she probably did not realise there was a set format to follow.

She was offered the job only a few days ago in a well known established resort in Puerto Colon, but as they are only branching out into Telesales, as such there is no telesales office set up, which is why she needs new staff.

I know reading the post it is a bit

I'm sure she will explain it all fully and update her post to follow the correct format the next time she logs on.

I'll speak to her and tell her she needs to log on and update the post.

Anyway Im a tenerife resident but im over in the UK at the moment,My family is Highly involved in the timeshare industry but they have come back to the UK.
I will be over in september and need a Job, any news about this job?
Im 19,Fluent spanish & english, High French Level,I have a car & A house in tenerife.
I left Brittania school a Few months ago after my A-levels, Ive been to 2 of the best boarding schools in the UK and to wingate!!
When I was last there I was on the verge of starting to work for hollywood mirrage but I came here.
