Question Is it busy at New Year in Playa De Las Americas, Tenerife?

Hi guys

I have been to Las Americas quite a few times around Easter time and peak season. This year me and my friend are thinking about going for a week over the New Year. Is it lively then???

Cheers x

Yes Claire, very lively!! I think once you come over for New Year, you will not want to stay at home ever again, I know us, and lots of our friends and family felt the same after our first time over here during the xmas festivities. Don't know how old yopu are, but i imagine all the favourite bars you enjoy at other times of the year will be buzzin even more , its very busy here for xmas and New Year, great fun and the weather is usually pretty good too!

Thanks for that. I am 28 and my friend is 19. I usually go to bars around Linekers etc. I take it everything is open then? x

I've never been here at that time of year, but I was going to come over last year, only the flights were too expensive, so it MUST have been busy!
Any restaurant owners that I chat to say that it's the busiest time of the year...

You will find both couples and singletons here at xmas & new year but if you have a favourite bar or restaurant you would like to spend new year in then you may have to book a table. Very busy here over that period.
