Does anyone on the forum still go to The Lodge Bar in Costa Del Silencio, Tenerife?

Not been to Tenerife for a few years now. Does anyone still go to The Lodge Bar in Silencio?

Thanks for that info. Karen you said it has been closed for a while now. Do you know why?
What bars do you reccomend in silencio as looking to return this year.

I am sure it has been closed for at LEAST 3 years now. I think, but please don't quote me, that it was either an Illegal building or the licences were wrong.

Exiles at Coral Mar Square has plenty going on, in fact i don't think you will go wrong in the Coral Mar Square area at all.

I heard there was some illegality going on - I was told that the person leasing the lodge had given a third party the rent money every month. The third party never gave it to the owner, instead they did a runner. I don't know if this is true or not. That's one of the funny things about Silencio, it's very easy to start rumours. I agree with Uptown Girl, you can't really go wrong with Coral Mar, there are plenty of bars to choose from. Cozy Corner, down near the Spar is also OK, but closes its doors early.

Thanks for that I will definately look up Exiles when I get over it sounds the place to go.
Will probably stay in Cristianos this time but its only a taxi ride away.

If I were you I would go to the Bars in Los Cristianos if that is where you will be staying.

There are some lovely new upmarket bars in the area near the El Mirador apartments, Summer Nites, The Music Gallery etc.Not far from the Hotel Paradise Park.

Having lived in Silencio for 7 yrs & seen bars come & go, there really is not a decent entertainment bar in the area nor has there ever been to my knowledge.

As for the Coral Mar area & the bars in Trebol, the least said the better........
