Cancel your holiday now! there is nothing to do apart from the lovely array of restaurants, bars, interesting places to visit, the odd period of relaxing in the sun with a good book and meeting new friends. No Tenerife has nothing to offer.

And to make matters worse, if thats possible, there are hoards of fitba' hooligans running about, singing and dancing with various alcoholic libations, letting other road users suffer from incessant blasts on horns, which, I may say is illegal as I have pointed out to those in high positions to no avail. I,m told it may get worse as the day progresses. This place is just not suitable for wummin', children and the elderly. And as for the inflated price of beverages here please, don,t get me started.
Wished I,d made a different decision in 1988. Should have gone to Turkey. Much better, so I,m told.

as we havent been back since our silver wedding in dec 07 we are due at the bouganville playa on dec 8th to make sure it is as bad as each of our last 8 visits.
to the island not the hotel only our 2nd stay there

Well thats it, you will just have to suffer it like me and I have just come back a couple of months ago and have made the mistake of booking in advance for September this year and again for May next year and again in November, it may be worth thinking about cancelling and having a week in Benidorm instead. I HATE Tenerife!

All I can say is if people only go to Playa and Los Cris and places like that "wot do they expect"! It's rather like going to the middle of London and saying "oh isn't it built up here" !!
