Sorry to hear about your misfortunes but if I may be so bold,just a couple of questions as I'm confused.
If this is your 3rd laptop purchased from them,then this must be the first time you've had any problems with them,am I correct.
Stay with me on this for a second.
The customers you sent have had no problems as they would have made you aware of it & would have thought you would have clearly mentioned this also in your original post.
To recap then,from past experience you had no gripe with them.
Also the people you sent there have most likely had no problems either owing to lack of complaints.
The conclusion is that this is obviously a one off & seeing as you've been a good customer over previous occasions,I would like to think it only right for the outlet to give you the benefit of the doubt & repair the malfunction with no charge to you.![]()
