Cool Primary schools in the adeje area that have english speaking assistants

Hi Does anyone know if there are any schools in the adeje area that have english speaking assistants in the infant classes. As I have a 4 year old boy, well he'll be 5 the end of september but i really want him to go a spanish school but would prefer a english speaking assistant to be in his class.
Will be very grateful for any info

because they teach English from the age of 3 in all Spanish schools and the best person to learn English off is a native

I am part of the English Classroom Assistants' Project which employs English natives and places them in schools all over Spain. There are currently about 200 primary schools in Tenerife that have English Assistants. I am one of them and have worked at Agua Dulce's Teobaldo Power school for 3 years.

... that´s impressive - pity UK schools don't follow suit with a foreign language so early on

I agree. The best time to learn a language is before the age of 11, so it beats me why they only start teaching french in the last year of Primary in the UK. It's a waste of the best learning years.
