Some bars are dead, others are busy, why is that? You can no longer sit & wait for customers to come to you, you must work to get them in & then work to keep them!
There are still enough tourists to make a good living over here, but not enough for EVERYBODY to make a living.

There must be no bigger dream crusher than to open a bar and no matter how hard you try or how much time,effort and money you put into it it just fails. I feel very sad when I see good peoples dreams shattered

was out there 2 weeks ago, very quiet but so is everywere else . no iam not mad , i know loads of bars go to the wall , for one reason or another. my question was is there any one making money ,either before the credit crunch or after.
Can anyone on the forum recommend running a bar in Los Cristianos, Tenerife?
