I need to send a fax to Telefonica so I can have my line disconnected.
The problem is they have already disconnected my line but won't stop billing me until I sign and fax this stupid form which has took three weeks to get to me.
I have fax software on my computer and a fax modem, but I have no line now, I am using Mobile broadband and have looked at many of these eFax solutions but they want me to sign up or take a free trial, the free ones are all based in the US or UK but not to Europe.
I don't send faxes anymore, I email, not used a fax for years, but Telefonica's hi-tech services don't accept emails ? from what I have read.
Last time I sent a form to them it was by snail mail, and snail mail in Tenerife is actual fact. I saw two snails the other day with letters on their backs on their way to Santa Cruz, I pulled over and asked them, "Where have you come from?", they said "Las Americas, why?" I asked them "when did you set off ?", they said "A week last Tuesday", they were only just getting on the TF1 at Los Cris 
OK so its one of those days.. but seriously where can I go to FAX my document in or around Las Americas or Los Cris, I am in Chayofa
