Just thought i´d let you know, it seems that our good friends are making mistakes with their billing again
I´ve been charged 33.74 euros ( 77:21 minutes ) this month for calls i´d not made and to add to this they were 800 special numbers and you know what they are don´t you lads
but honestly i did not make them as i´d barred all calls which are not Spanish mobile or land line.
Just wondered if anyone else had been charged wrongly, i´ll be checking every number from now on.

is this not just a ploy to stop wife/girlfriend from finding out????

I had a problem with my contract bill, I was charged for national calls when they should have been free, when I called customer services, they hung up on me!!
We get charged for texts that are supposed to be FREE & calls that are supposed to be FREE.
When we call and complain they have put through credits onto our account (once to the value of over £100 ) but its the time involved that I am most bothered about.
Because Vodaphone telephone staff are timed on their calls and allocated a certain amount of time per call, they tend not to listen to your complaints and problems, instead they assume they know the answer when they have not even grasped the question because that's 'quicker' for them.
I think it usually takes me around 2 hours per month to get my bills sorted with them and they never compensate me for my time.

Movistar are no better, remember they are a relative of Telefonica. My husband recently got his bill and he has been charged for making five one minute calls in two and a half minutes to the same number. How can that be??? He said if he had rung a number and it had gone to a voice mail, he wouldn't have tried to call it another four times in such a short space of time. Also Movistar offered him 100 free movistar calls from January to July of this year - no he didn't get them he is still being charged for movistar calls.
